What i do know, is that i see is a LOT of outlandish accusations about a person and absolutely ZERO supporting evidence.  Not that this is a trial or anything but seriously whoever you are rattydog person ... you need to back up what you are claiming here.  and please dont try wiggling your way out of not defending yourself with something like how you dont comment on ongoing investigations.  you did comment.  that is all you have been doing.

She was friends with Kate, FRIENDS, when she decided that it was okay to start messing around with "her eagle" (it makes me sick just thinking about the way she calls him that.) Shame on them both, Bill is the one who had a relationship with Kate, but shame on them both. Did she not feel an ounce of remorse, when she was carrying on in disgusting displays of trashiness outside of The Taproom, IN FRONT OF KATE'S FRIENDS? Did she feel nothing? Last I spoke to Kate, she was getting married this upcoming summer, which indicates to me two things-- (1) she is happy where she is, with Alex (who for what I understand is a stand up fellow and all around great guy), and (2) the only one here drudging up petty high school bullshit here is you. Why not simply ignore Ivy and Bill if they irritate you that much and celebrate your friend Kate's happiness? For jesus fucks sake, grow up.

In Natalie's defense, no, she's not stupid. But everything being written here needs to be understood in the context that they're coming from someone who had already taken a rabid dislike to Ivy long before any of these rumors about thievery, Kate's breakup, &c., had come about. Natalie accuses you and I of being biased in favor of Ivy because we're friends with her, and yet the very same thing can be said about her.

Personally, I view succumbing to prejudice (especially to this extent) as fairly stupid behavior.  But that's just me...

I think you're spot-on about the "rabid dislike" thing.  Based upon statements made directly to me by some, and statements related to me by others, it doesn't sound like there is a single major player in the crusade against Ivy, who did not already dislike her (strongly, in most cases) prior to Bill & Kate's breakup.  As you noted, they're just using Kate as an excuse to support a pre-existing grudge.

And the funny thing is that I didn't consider Ivy to be more than an acquaintance, prior to all this.  I guess I owe them for helping to create a friendship!  LMAO...

It is nice to hear from you again. I wish it was on a more pleasant subject.
Do not assume that a few guys represent the overall sentiment towards you on this forum. Most of these have no idea what is going on ... some don't even live in NH, many of us here try to keep our distance from such matters and have not had your personal experiences ... and don't wish to.
I do not hope that anything bad happens to Ivy or Bill or their friends. Maybe you can let bad things go, while still warning people. You might feel better.

Ivy has not been allowed back on this forum. Bill has been, since he hasn't posted anything crazy/distasteful to Kat and I lately. This might not be the best place to discuss them, since they are not really a part of this community. They have another forum where they are warmly welcome.
I do not seek out opportunities to hang with Bill and Ivy, but I would not leave a restaurant they are in, partly because Kate doesn't wish it.

I do have a big problem with Kate ... she likes HelloKitty too much.

Just my two cents:

Bill and Ivy have spent a week or more with us over the last month and we have been to the restaurant many times. They are fun to be with and  Gail and I have enjoyed having them around. Little Peter has stayed with us as well and he is extremely bright and engaging. I really don't see the point of all this bad mouthing.  We need all the FSP members we can get and I don't see any value in making Bill and Ivy outcasts. What ever has happened in the past is over. Let's move on people. We have so much to do and we need "all hands on deck"

I'm aware of several rumors like this, e.g., Kevin telling people her restaurant's going out of business, so people shouldn't bother going there.

I have never said that to anyone. This is a blatant lie.

My understanding is that the restaurant was served with eviction papers for not paying rent, so I have commented that I am surprised that it is still operating. But I have no special knowledge of the restaurant's stability, and I have never spoken on such.

The reasons Ivy was being evicted from her restaurant, was because:

1. She wasn't paying him....month #1 - no rent payment, month #2 - no rent payment, and so on. This constitutes theft, and so the landlord took her to court. She is paying her rentnow (is not caught up, but is paying) but no one knows where she is getting the money...well, some of us don't know. Some of us do.

2. To try and pay the man the back rent she owed him, she attempted to sell his Pizza ovens on Craigslist. Yes, to pay the landlord, she tried to sell HIS property. Anyhow, the landlord caught wind of this from another good citizen who saw the ovens on Craigslit, and when the person who was trying to buy them showed up, the landlord was there, along with the police. The sale was stopped.

3. Sharon also tried to sell the mans ice machine...but there were no takers. Oh yes, if you are one of the people she contacted to try and sell it, she was tying to sell you stolen property.

4. The fire marshalls, health inspectors, etc....all have been through the building multiple times, this woman is not even ATTEMPTING to follow codes (her right if she ownedher own place and yes, I hate the stupid codes too, but this is the LANDLORDS property and HE is the one who ultimately is in trouble for all of this) and on top of it, has completely alienated herself in the community by trying to get other business owners to pay her water bill...or, at least half of it, because you know, it's just not IVY if she's not leeching off of someone. Oh, and also by propositioning MORE THAN ONE married man....TELL ME that doesn't sound familiar....

You want to pity someone??? Pity the people who own the property she is still in arrears for, they have paid an ARM AND A LEG  in court fees to try and evict this woman (wouldn't you, if she didn't pay you from the beginning, lied to you and then tried to sell your property to people you KNOW??? How insulting!) from their property and SHE WILL NOT LEAVE...they are not made of money, but the system won't make her leave, they make excuses, but won't tell them the reason....they say their hands are tied...who is tying them?

Now, I know a lot about all of this. This woman being a con artist, I thought to myself (back in 11/2007 - when I originally tried to warn everyone) that I'd better keep an eye on everything, you know after she called and cooperated with the Feds who were investigating Rob.....you know, after her whole LIE about Rob that got his guns taken away and his privacy trampled on. But even with all that I know, with all the players involved.....

We (many, many, people) have a few questions:

1. Why is it, that even thought she has been dragged in and out of court, owing thousands of dollars, breaking codes, stealing, lying....she hasn't been evicted? Every time she has been brought to court..."something" mysteriously happens and she gets away with staying there without paying? Now.....after the last court proceedings, she has been paying....but not with proceeds from the sales at her restaurant.....use your imagination

2. Why are so many of the records from these proceedings missing?

3. Why was Ivy carrying around a list of Freestaters names and locations.....freestaters who do not wish to have their location known....and how did this list "mysteriously" land in the hands of LEO's??? She says it was a mistake.....that they made her give it up. I, personally, would have eaten it and spat it in their faces before I would have given them this list.....but then, I wouldn't be carrying around this list anyway.

4. Why was Ivy so quick to cooperate with Feds on more than one occasion, while publically dismissing them as pigs, etc.

5. Why is it, that with multiple investigations into this woman being conducted on the city level, that the local police in multiple cities have their "hands tied" - want a direct quote on that one?? "We can't even go to her house, we're sorry" - what does that mean???

6. Has the Private investigator talked with you yet?? He's trying really hard to reccouperate the valuables stolen by Mrs. Sticky Hands...let me put it this way. If Ivy tries to sell you anything sparkly, run. You REALLY don't want to receive that stolen property. The elderly woman who owns it truly deserves to have it back...and to think, the only reason she got mixed up with this slimeball is because she took pity on her.

The amount of information compiled about this woman, is extensive. She has been doing this for years. This is the way she lives. You can talk to anyone who has had the misfortune of knowing her....from Bristol to Grafton, Franklin to Londonderry....she has been busy. She stays busy. I know I promised I would never talk about her again....but then I received more information about her from a person up north, and my disgust for this lunatic slimeball was deepened. She is mentally ill, she will not stop. I can't even comment on most of what I know about her because I am sworn to secrecy....but please, please trust me when I say that she is not what she pretends to be, that she is not in any way shape or form a nice person, that she DOES NOT BELIEVE IN LIBERTY OR JUSTICE for ANYONE but herself and that there is nothing, NOTHING, beneath her. She will do anything, con anyone...please, imagine a little old lady.....who hears the whole "single mom trying to make it" song and dance and takes pity on her...only to end up being conned.

Ivy Walker, Ivy, Sharon Ankrom....she goes by many names, but she only has one mode of operation: TAKE. I swear, swear on my family, on everything I hold dear...this woman, is NOT a nice person. There is a real, real reason she had her daughter taken from her. She is sick inside. She is not fit for parenthood. She is not fit, period.

I would not keep myself wrapped up in this, I would not care so much about this....were it not for the fact that she is a real con artist.

She tells everyone she is a FSP member, then she steals from them. The people I have spoken with, who have reached out to me and others in this community looking for help, who thought they were the only ones who were being victimized by her....they all say "What the hell is the Free State Project she is always going on about, why do these people think we want them here?" - because they all think that she is an accurate portrayal of the typical mover. HOW FREAKIN' SAD IS THAT? She must be stopped.

Ivy.....not a month, moment, con, lie has gone by that I have not been keeping track of your exploits. I will not stop watching you until you are in jail. I do not know why have been protected, why nothing sticks to you, I don't know if it is because you are working with the Feds or if it's because they are investigating you themselves, but until you are behind bars, I will track you and I will wait. Your file is thick and getting thicker. I know you don't feel shame, I don't expect that. But regardless of what you feel or don't feel, you cannot continue to do this, not in the State of NH, anyway. The police are afraid to touch you, completely useless per usual, but you will go down.


P.S.: Hey Russ!! Sorry to bring this to your forum....but this woman is evil and she hurts people and she makes hte FSP look like crapola, three things which irk me to no end!

Why did that young man get arrested for receiving stolen property? Were the guns really stolen? They weren't even supposed to be at the house in grafton anymore because you don't live there.....and you had moved them. Did you move them back?? Who stole them? How did you know who they were sold to after they were stolen?? I didn't recognize the young mans name....it seemed odd that he turned himself in at Manchester HQ, when the guns were supposedly stolen in Grafton and you reported them stolen in Bristol....wht does that mean? It's been bugging the CRAP outta me!
