The MMJ bill has its public hearing tomorrow at 10:00, so it's nowhere near a Floor vote yet. It'll be on the Gold Standard when it goes to vote.

Vetoed.

JJ

All the efforts undertaken by NH Compassion and liberty activists, undone by one man with a pen.

Meanwhile Rhode Island is leading the reform in New England...

QuoteRhode Island legislators voted to override a veto by the governor on a bill that allows state-licensed dispensaries to supply patients with marijuana for medical purposes.

So much for the weak ass political compromising that some espouse... it didn't succeed. The War against Marijuana People is lost, the thugs just have to be pushed off the battlefield... Unconditional Surrender is what is called for.

There is a good chance for a veto override on this one.  We need to pick up a handful of votes in the house and 2 in the senate.  This also opens up a great opportunity to attack Lynch and damage his approval rating.

Don't forget the evil Kelly Ayott and Comcast  in the cast of evil chariters currently working to misinform the public they pretend to serve. Kelly Ayott is planing a Senate run, and Comcast refused to air MMJ adds before 9:30, because apparently there are to many Viagra and Beer commercials at that time and they wouldn't want kids getting the wrong message about drugs.

For those of you fancying yourself as activists now would be a great time to call the Lynch's office at 271-2121 and respectively voice your disapproval with his actions.

He does not care about sick dying people finding comfort in a natural herb. He won't care about your phone call.

You have the right to suffer as you die under Lynch's New hampshite government.

Really?  You honestly think he is going to sweat over this decision or phone calls decrying said decision?

If a semi-intelligent being touches a hot object and receives a wound the being is presented with a learning experience.  If the being fails to learn the lesson it will likely receive more wounds until the lesson is learned.  When will you learn that you can't fix the government by using the government and any attempt to do so will be met by burns and betrayal?  I can't use my broken watch to fix my broken watch.  I can't use my broken car to fix my broken car.  You can't use a failed system of law to fix a failed system of law.  Let go of the illusion!

The sirens call may be sweet but the last few notes are fatal.

Andy what has lynch learned?  Probably that he can get away with alot and as long as he's popular he will continue to get elected.  Principals don't matter to these people.

He doesn't even need to be popular as he has legions of armed men who will enforce whatever bullshit he (and the legislature) put on a piece of paper.
