Craigy wagie you seem to lack a basic understanding of the term Income as it is defined within title 26 of the US Code.

That is to say; it isn't.

Meaning, that since the 16th Amendment used the word income the poor folks at the IRS are unable to define it.

That leaves it up to the poorer folks in the US Supreme court to define.

In short, it means: PRIVILEGED EARNINGS.
