I noticed on JaqeBoys ALT EXPO Thread, that's he's posting short "live" reports of how his Alt Expo is going.  It's great.

And it gave me the idea to start a thread for this 09 Liberty Forum as right now it's in full swing (and since I'm not there), I"m trying to get some sort of coverage of the happenings (as hard as that may be due to the fact that everyone is meeting in person, versus spending time on their computer) but even post reports will be great to read.

Attended Saturday during the day.  Started off with Marc Stephens who gave a good speech on how what all we know is an delusion, and how he successfully fought some cases. Jenn Coffey gave a good overview of the activism going on in NH.  Boston T. Party gave a good speech on the second amendment, and where he sees the country going after Heller.  John Taylor Gatto was the highlight of the afternoon.  Gave a speech on how the government schools dumb students down, and keep them from being all they can be. Gave many examples of students who dropped out and are more successful than the schools made them out to be.  That what I can comment on, hopefully someone else can add more. Walked to the Market Basket nearby and they had beer samples.  First time I have seen beer samples in a store.

I heard Gatto speak in San Francisco 18 (! :o) years ago.  It was the reason I decided to homeschool when I had a child.  Now, my daughter's always been homeschooled.
