I recommend people keep the magazine in your pocket. Doesn't mean a cop won't still lie but it might help if they don't find the magazine with the pistol.
That's not really a good idea either. Have you ever tried doing that?

Why is it not a good idea? I do that all the time.
It would be extreme uncomfortable for me.  Even wearing pants in a car is uncomfortable for me, though, so mileage may vary.

You could also cause debris to enter the magazine.  Plus, may magazines wouldn't even fit in a pocket.
R&S doesn't wear pants while he's driving!

Sometimes I wear boxers or basketball shorts without boxers but that is just in the summer when I'm making long distant trips.  I also drive shirtless when it is hot out sometimes.  Shoe and sockless, too.

I cannot be the only one who finds pants uncomfortable.

I hate wearing pants during summer-- especially at night, when I need a breeze to cool off my baked cajones.

I don't think it's that personal (but let me help you out) as we aren't talking about some of your favorite topics like fisting.

I am interested in how this is civil disobedience.  I thought it was perfectly legal for a man to walk down the street in nothing but his underwear, so long as the flap wasn't open.  Similarly for women.  If you can wear it on the beach (thongs and such), you should be able to wear it on any street or in your car.

I just wanted to foil the metal detector.   Everyone was so serious.  Humor was needed.  I'm not an exhibitionist!

I ... I

I would feel weird driving without pants, but I frequently use my car to change clothes in.
