I'm trying like hell to figure out how the cell tower can initiate force against children.  This was outside of a church I go to for a photography class.

I picture a leaning tower sneakilly eating children walking home from school.

Well this one is camouflaged, so it's obviously up
to no good.

Ha, ha!  :D That's a funny picture to have in your head, here's a couple of sites I found to maybe explain the sign.

The first phrase on the smaller print is "protect our property values"  Nimby is not actually on the sign, it is a common sentiment that people who don't want this thing or that thing near their house.  If they believe the cell tower is ugly, they may also believe that their property value will go down, so they don't want it near their home.

the only reason I took a picture was because I wasn't quite sure how this cell phone tower was afflicting the children of the area.

Or how a tower at the church (what, is the cell company going to stick one up their steeple without consent?) is somehow more harmful than the exact same RF radiation from a block away.
