Joey is correct and has been instructed by me to totally disassociate himself from the crazy people on this forum.  Ian, I am disappointed in your posts and stance.  You got crazy earlier in the year by defending the L.E.A.P. member who still arrests for marijuana possession.  You heard my arguments on that issue and retracted your earlier stance.  You will have to do the same with this issue or I will separate myself from you and your station and support Joey in a lawsuit against you and whomever accuses him of being involved in any way with child porn.

And to whoever posted with instructions to use your radio station to ruin Joey's political career,

Joey's political career is not decided by you, Ian or his station.  Joey will be working at the State Capitol of Texas in 2010.

I am preparing a statement and will post my stance on this issue sometime tomorrow on this thread so the other nuts can hear what a real Libertarian is suppose to be.

Hmm, I've met Barry Cooper, and have a hard time believing that the person who posted this is really Barry Cooper.  The way it's written sounds an awful lot like Joey decided to impersonate Barry by making a new account with the man's name as an alias and posting this comment.  If I get an email from Barry Cooper stating that he posted this, then I'll believe it.  Why would Barry post such a thing on this thread?  Why would he call his allies crazy and why would he instruct Joey to do anything?  Who is Joey anyway?

As for suing... Joey has worked hard to make himself a public figure, as such he is fair game for satire.

I found him merely annoying until his "you people" comment. The tactic of grouping people together bugs the crap out of me. I didn't sign up on anyone's team, I am a free agent.

Joey creates his own drama storms wherever he goes. But, I suppose, that is the manner of political fighters...  He is the other side of the coin from Zack, I hadn't heard his name in a long time till Joey started the discussion.

:bdance2:

I am holding my breath waiting to for your statement to "the other nuts" so they can hear "what a real Libertarian is."

Was Gandhi a nut in your eyes too?  Was he a fake libertarian or a "real" one?

I hope Joey always follows your instructions. We have way to many crazy people on this forum and a serious politician like Joey for President should keep his distance.
That would be me. :)
You don't think we can destroy Joey's political career? We already have our Aaron Burr trying his best. ;)
Some of us are real libertarians, so we might not be impressed with your statement.

Those trolls are definitely under-age.  Uh-oh, guess we're all criminals, now.
The one in the middle is either in diapers (really underage) or is in some sort of fetish costume for Joey.
If we think Joey is doing something wrong ... would it be ok for us to use force against him ... or should we hold back, because we could be wrong and might regret our actions?

Joey will be a janitor at the state capitol. . . he's had several instances of being an expert on crap.  Maybe a real libertarian has to have some stint as a douchebag drug agent in their history.  In that case, I'll never be a libertarian.  I believe in FREEDOM, and quite obviously, libertarians do not.

Yeah, consistency sure is crazy!

Fuck you, hack.

I smelled a minarchist/ancap skirmish.

If I were walking down the street and glanced at a window, and saw a dude having his way with a little kid, I'd sort the fucker out right then and there.

Doesn't mean I'm gonna see it, run over to another random house, rob them, then hire a mercenary to do it for me.

The NAP is not blind acceptance of any behavior, nor is it pacifism. It just means you don't start shit to get your way. Someone else starts some shit, finishing it in an epic fashion is perfectly acceptable, and I heartily approve of doing so.

It appears to really be Barry Cooper.  Joey Dauben moved from my area in TX - he wrote (writes for?) the Ellis County Observer.  My mom used to adore him til he dissed us.  Don't really know how he became such a creep.

Coconut

Well I wish Mr. Cooper didn't think he was larger than life and above having a conversation. Rather than calling people he disagrees with "crazy people."

K. Darien Freeheart

Maybe I just didn't follow him enough, but I actually didn't know Barry Cooper claimed to be a libertarian. :P One issue does not a libertarian make.

It would be sad as hell if that really was Barry Cooper. It's hard to show people anti-hurting-people-via-the-state propaganda when I know the guy making it wants to hurt people via the state. :(

Russell Kanning

I guess he really got Jesse worked up.
I find Joey's posts funny.

Barry Cooper

This really is Barry.  I had to handle a few pressing things today so allow me until tomorrow to give my answer.  Thanks.
