4GB video pen fo under 25 dollars. It looks like a pen, records audio and video

They have sub-pocket sized video camera's for under 25 dollars. it's suppose to record for 2 hours before it needs recharging... it looks and works like a pen.

this better one has 640*480 px resolution... it's not super quality... but it might catch a person that stole/took away your bigger better camera on video...

It's getting a lot of bad reviews for audio quality, which is the main reason for carrying it.  I guess this is better than "nothing" but it seems like me of a novelty/toy.  I'd suggest spending more money for a better quality recorder if you're going to depend on this thing not just for sharing with others, but also if you may unfortunately need to depend on this thing in court.  Maybe that smells like "let them eat cake"...

An old fashioned alternative, but what's wrong with the old mini-cassette recorders?  They have good quality, you can still find the mini tapes on Ebay, and they're very cheap nowadays.
