He did it to the Census, too. Caught supervisors, including very high level supervisors, not only instructing him to falsify his time sheets, but telling him that it was okay, nobody would question him getting paid for hours he didn't work.

I just got the visit.

We had sent the form back with a 2 on it.

He smiles and says "57, right there on the house" and me "Can I help you?"
"I'm from the Census Bureau, can I ask you some questions?" and me "We sent the form already"
"Really, when? This was just printed out." and me "Before the deadline and we are not answering any more questions."
"um" and me "We are not answering any more questions."
"er" and me "We are not answering any more questions."
"uh, ok" looking really befuddled and even disappointed. And walked back to his car, sat for awhile making notes and then left.

THEIR BACK (Like the poltergeist) This time a different one and left her phone number. Her phone number did not come up in any reverse number search. I had to search several NPA-NXX databases before finding her locality- Scranton, that's 25 miles away. At first, when her NPA-NXX didn't come up I thought it was reserved by the NSA and used to spy on anyone that was stupid enough to call the number. I Have her on video and as usual she ignored all the no trespassing signs and a new warning sign posted on both my front and back doors. This new sign threatens prosecution for trespass.

In practice I would never ever call the cops (largest street gang in the world or occupying enemy army) for any reason or make use of their evil corrupt system! That said, below is my latest sign:

18 Pa.C.S.A. § 3503 (b) Defiant trespasser.--

Same senior knocks on my door looking sad already.
I say, "You were here before."
"We have to make three attempts"
"Why don't you go back up the drive, wait a few minutes, then come back and you will have your three done."
"It has to be three different dates."
"Then I guess I will be seeing you" and start to shut the door.
"Congress  mandates this and it is Constitutional"
"We already sent our number in."
"Maybe it got lost. Don't you want to reconsider?"
"No"

We were away for a couple of weeks with instructions to the house-sitter to play dumb and not say anything. No one came by... Over this past weekend we got three phone calls on two different phone lines... No message any of the times, caller-ID said it was a local number and the person's name. We ignore those. If you call, leave a message and we'll get back to you, otherwise...  Anyway, yesterday while I'm out the person calls and my other half answers:

Him: Hi, I'm so-n-so with the U.S. Census.
us:   What can I do for you?
Him: I saw all of your "No Trespassing" signs, so I didn't drive in.
us:   That's very good. We don't like trespassers. You did the right thing.
Him: Can I ask you some questions?
us:   Two. All I'm required to tell you Constitutionally is how many people live here... Two.
Him: Well... er... ummmm...
us:   None of the other questions they want you to ask me are anyone's business but ours and it will stay that way. I get a $100 fine for not answering, a $500 fine for giving you false information, but YOU get a $5000 fine if any of the data you've collected is misused.
Him: Really?!?!
us:   Also, if you stopped to read the black & white sign, it specifically states that we reserve the right to charge you $5000 per incident for coming onto our property.
Him: Yes, I read that.
us:   Now... wouldn't you just rather report "Two"?
Him: Two it is. Thank you. Have a nice day.
us:   You too...

I only answered the door because I thought my phone was on its way.

Me:  No thank you I'm not participating.
SW:  But I have a few questions if you just give me a minute. . .

then the senseless worker left.
