they reference a time that poor people were forced by a tyrannical world empire to be counted
soon afterwards these same folks fled  to another country to avoid the king killing their child

According to the news the census cost is up 325% from 2000.Should have let those that want to participate print the form from a website and mail it in.That might save money.

Well, I wasn't home when the census guy came out again Rick was and handled the situation excellently.  I don't remember exactly what he said but I do know he  educated him in government tyranny.  The guy said someone else may be coming again for the information Rick refused to give him.  If anyone wants to know what Rick said I can ask him.
