Flatbed truck body needed

I need to remove the pickup bed from my truck and install a flatbed.  I also need it to have a pipe rack overhead (might need to be custom-welded).

The truck is a 2002 F350 4-door with 6.5-foot bed and single rear wheels.  That means I'm looking for a flatbed that is roughly seven feet wide (half a foot wider would be ideal - anything over 8 feet would be too wide, and roughly seven or eight feet long.  Cab-to-axle measurement is about 41".

So, I'm hoping to find a flatbed that will fit, in decent shape.  I'm also looking for someone who knows how to install it.  And that individual will hopefully be able to supply the custom pipe rack as well.

I'm also going to be looking for toolboxes to bolt along the sides.
