Read to the end....

"...Where is the crime?" de la Cruz asked. The lawyer said Garcia had lived in New Hampshire for three years before recently moving to Haverhill.
"He bought the guns legally," de la Cruz said. "He never hid the fact that he had them."
Furthermore, de la Cruz said that when Garcia moved to Haverhill, he had a 60-day grace period to obtain a Massachusetts firearms card.
"There is no crime committed....""

Boy just another reason to not move to Mass.  Why in the world would someone move from New Hampshire to Mass of all places, especially a border town.

Pat McCotter

"Garcia is charged with three counts of possession of a high-capacity firearm."

"His common law wife, Elizabeth Reynoso, consented to a search and police found ... one .38-caliber and two 9 mm handguns."

Three handguns. Three counts of possession of a high capacity firearm. They must be talking about three magazines for the 9mm's 'cause if he had a high-cap .38 I want to see that!

And BTW, these days, buying that much ammo is an investment if you sell it before the prices come back down - or hold it 'til the SHTF. But if you move from NH to MA you must not be thinking SHTF.

heard about this on a radio show. . . talked about the guy like he was shooting children and stealing their lollypops.

They sure hate e-lee-gulls.  Hate Hate Hate.  Pretty sick of listening to this crap.
