"Against the wishes of both the parents and the 13-year-old patient in question, a Minnesota judge has ruled that Daniel Hauser must undergo conventional chemotherapy treatments, which are characterized by the mass-poisoning of the patient with toxic chemicals.

For opting to explore alternative and natural remedies rather than chemotherapy for their son, the parents were accused of medical neglect and now face having their son taken away from them by Child Protective Services (CPS). They may also face prison time if they refuse to follow the judge's orders.

Daniel was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, a health condition that is widely known by alternative cancer practitioners to be reversible (curable), especially in younger patients....."

Its the only viable option once "child protective services" comes to visit you. I have a bag ready to go at all times.

When you talk about lines in the sand, I usually think of guns as one.  But I don't know if I'd be willing to die for guns.  That being said, my kid would definitely be the uncrossable line in the sand.

Child Protective Services can kiss my ass. If they ever think of coming for my daughter they better come well armed and with body bags because some of them will be leaving horizontally.

God help them if they ever insist they have the right to poison my child or do anything else to my child. She doesn't belong to them. They have no claim on her. It sickens me to think that some jackass in a black robe thinks he has more right to a child than its parents do. I wonder how the judge would feel if it was his child being poisoned at gunpoint against his will? Why people cannot mind their own damned business is beyond me. Whether my neighbors do or don't decide to seek medical treatment for their children is none of my business, whether I agree with their decision or not. How did we ever reach the point where such a thing would ever come before a judge? Such a sad, sad time we live in.

This can't be the first time a minor patient has attempted to undergo a non-chemo treatment, is it??

I think it is the first time a doctor called the police to make sure they get paid to poison a child and won in court.

I wonder if the doctor will buy a new sports car with the money he is paid to poison the child, but maybe he will buy a cabin by a lake with it instead? I'd like to know.

In case you missed this on FTL last night:

"Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship. To restrict the art of healing to one class of men ... will constitute the Bastille of medical science. All such laws are un-American and despotic." -- Dr. Benjamin Rush, signer of Declaration of Independence

Indeed, I saw they had fled. Rumor has it they're headed for Mexico.

Why, when I read Kat's comment, do I picture a new, modern-day underground railroad forming?

That's what I was thinking about when I called this the NH Underground.  :)

Oh, but they do have a claim on your daughter.  Your state marriage license and her state issued birth certificate give them that claim.  For more details on this, please read my blog on State Marriage Licenses and the article "5 Reasons Why Christians Should Not Obtain a State Marriage License."  Here are the two links:

By the way, I live in NJ too, and I'm on your side.   :)

The state marriage license has nothing to do with it. They make a "claim" to children even from single mothers (haven't you seen Child Services remove a child from an unwed single mother - it happens frequently), so your argument about state marriage licenses in this instance is fallacious.

Or was this just a way to promote your websites?
