I have a house that the renters just moved out of on the 15th of May just a couple of miles south of I-80 by I39 (La Salle, IL) it still even has running water, power, hot water, stove, washer & dryer, and a couch... if you still are looking for a place.

There's nothing statist about a private property owner refusing to lend his/her property to another person for whatever reason. That's the whole point of libertarianism, private property rights.

Its not so much that I don't notice it. I just realize that insult-throwers are not paragons of logic or reason. It tends to be rather pointless to deal with them. Occasionally I might get fed up enough to try, but generally I just consider them hopeless.

Jesse ... back to your subject for a moment .... check out  www.couchsurfing.org ... I've been a  member of this and other sharing sites for over 8 years.   We seem to be able to meet and help out complete strangers with little or no problems.   Sorry a week is too short of a notice for me to help with my contacts.

I am starting to think that Wyoming is the more appropriate place for people who actually believe in self defense.

Or maybe even that community out on the Mesa in New Mexico.    Those guys, while many not know they are libertarians... they sure as hell seem it, and they seem to be a hell of a lot more aggressive about the idea that you should be free to do as you please, so long as your actions are peaceful, without having to have every single action you take meet the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval of the politically correct crowd who care more about "image," than freedom. 

Damned pragmatists are the bane of every ideology.  The world is the fucked up way it is, exactly because these people exist.

What are you talking about?  Maybe there has been so but I've never heard of any civil disobedience coming from WY except for one libertarian that wears a firearm into the post office when he gets his mail.  I also don't know of a single freedom forum from WY other than the Free State Wyoming forum.  Take a look at it and notice the lack of talk and zero action relating to CD.
