The Granite State Comicon is one of New England's premiere comic book conventions and New Hampshire's favorite convention for five years running! We bring you the very best in comics, games and collectibles!

Plus we give you the opportunity to meet and great your favorite comic book creators!

We're excited to welcome back returning guests Jamal Igle (Supergirl), Keith Champagne (The Mighty) and Scott Wegener (Atomic Robo)!

And we're excited about first time guests Pop Mhan (Spyboy), Norman Lee (Marvel Adventures Spider-man  :spidey:) and The Fillbach Brothers (Star Wars Clone Wars Adventures)!

Holodek Gaming of Kittery and Nashua will be running the following Video Game tournaments at the show: Gears of War, Halo, Super Smash Brothers Brawl and Guitar Hero  :icon_guitarist:! More details coming soon!

2008 saw the debut of Marek Bennett's comic experiment "Must Create Comics" where everyone including attendees, guests, dealers and stormtroopers were invited to contribute a panel to our giant comic wall. Marek is back for 2009 and encourages artists of all levels to make comics at Granitecon!

We're proud to announce that members of the 501st Legion and Alderaan Base will be returning to Granitecon! Last year's appearance featured dozens of characters from Darth Vader to Batman to Mr. Freeze and even Jabba the Hutt! Word on the street is they're out to out do themselves this year!   :lockstep:

Unfortunately, ever since someone whose name--save for a variant diminutive and one littoral transposition--is the same as mine did something that wasn't very nice, I can never attend a comics convention again, unless it's incognito.
