A must read.  I agree entirely with this guy.   :)
Secession is possible, and doable, the time is now.

I LOVE the David and Goliath part...refusing to play by their rules.  But is not sesession just replacing one government for another?

No worries... they'll make a good government this time.   :butterfly:

I think the goal is to then have Keene Secede from New Hampshire, and then individuals secede from Keene, etc. More and More Secession limits at Anarchy.

Right now you've got Keene, NH and the FED. You'll have Just NH and Keene after secession.

If NH leaves the Union. The claim to territorial provision will most likely take the next precedent.
The Province of NH is only the southeastern portion of the State.

I do like the idea of personal secession, but I would certainly be pleased if the federal gang was no longer a concern.  Two criminal gangs (local, state) are preferable to three, and we'd be far wealthier and freer.

John Edward Mercier

If the federal is removed... the State level becomes non-current (several territorial claims exist in NH that are not active due to federal forces)... and the municipalities on have power through the State; they are incorporation of the State of NH.

So if the federal level falls, it all goes in one big rumble.

Govts, at least on paper pay lipservice to boundaries and jurisdiction.  And despite the many violations, if it was done peacefully, by and large you would be left alone.  To push it to a logical conclusion, I don't see anything wrong with a bunch of anarchists seceding in one relatively small geographic area.
