So, I just found out about http://omegle.com

It was just launched in March, by an 18 year old from Brattleboro (making it "inside the Shire").

The concept is that you are connected with a random stranger for chat. There is no sign-in or login; you just start chatting as "stranger" and "you". Identify yourself however you wish, or don't.

On my very first chat, I'm talking about limited government with a 22 year old graduate student in China.
