This happened to an acquaintance of mine in Sacramento, only she was ordered to restore her front yard to its original useless lawn to be back in code. There was an uproar from the community which spread across the country. It was featured in Organic Times and other publications. She won in the end, and the code was revised. Sometimes you can fight city hall.

This is so cool .It would be great too for breathng
since the plants are oxygen purifier,it's good for
those who have asthma. I use to grow a lot of
herbs ,the peppermint use to smell the whole entire
house.
There is so much we can do,its just too many laws.

Thnk you for sharing

What a great video.  And they said that Helen & Scott Nearing were good at growing.  WOW!

I would love to have a yard like that, but since I'm living in a rental and don't know if I'll still be here in a few months, I can't see putting the effort in here.  It would be nice to be able to help a friend with a more stable living situation cultivate their yard like that, so that I don't have to worry about losing everything if I have to move or my landlord weed whacking everything when I'm not around.

Indeed.
We the people are responsible to make change happen.

You grow the vegetables & I grow the teeth. For those
who have no teeth to chew them.
One tooth lost is one organ of the body is
paralyzed.

The energy produced by each teeth is directly connected
to the brain.

The Teeth-Brain Connection, is a centre of the study I am
looking into.
