Not to highjack this thread too much, but I really disagree that Quakers plus Seekers "fits most people". I don't mean to say that I think the FSP needs to provide a Sunday morning event for atheists; that characterization of the breadth of people's spiritual beliefs, or lack thereof, just bugs me.
Looking at an earlier version of the schedule I saw that there was only a Jewish gathering on Saturday, likely at Rich G.'s request.
I contacted Mark (the assistant coordinator, this is his first time to organize PF, btw). I suggested that he look into contacting people about Christian, Seeker and atheist services. I didn't give him suggestions on whom to contact, though. I also mentioned that I was going to lead a Quaker gathering which he could add to the schedule or not. I then added it to the unofficial schedule and called into FTL about - DIY (do it yourself). Eventually, it was also added to the online version of the official schedule.
After calling into FTL, I looked at the schedule again. A Christian gathering was added. Additionally, I looked at the Alt Expo schedule (they have been DIY since the beginning), and noticed a Seeker gathering.
Unless, I hear otherwise, I'm pretty confident that every group which requested to be included was included. If you or someone else creates an atheist gathering and promotes, I'd love that. If not, just show up at Lloyd's campsite.
BTW, if you have never been to a Seekers gathering, you might want to check it out. I've found the ones I attended pretty interesting.
