I don't have the time to read through NH statutes, but here in Michigan it's a criminal misdemeanor if you're caught in public with a police scanner. I can't recall if it's considered class A or B.

As more states begin cracking down on the ability of regular people to video and audio record interactions with terrocrats, I can see similar legislation being passed in states that have loose laws concerning scanners.

Yes, it's an app for streaming; it doesn't convert the iPhone into a physical scanner.

Streaming audio over a cell phone seems like it would be expensive in bandwidth costs to the end user.

How much bandwidth does att give you with your iphone until they shut you off or charge you extra?

infinite... Used to listen to streaming radio all day over 3G@my last job

I've had this for while now. It's a neat app, doesn't have Keene PD, vut does have Nashua, Manchester, and Grafton amongst others.
