NEXT YEAR'S Burning Porcupine:  Saturday July 17th - Sunday July 25th, 2010

Hopefully I will make it next year.
This house is giving me more trouble than I thought possible.
Plumbing/mold problems are driving me crazy and making me sick.

nice full moon tonight ... looking forward to next year already

A couple people wrote saying they were showing up sometime July 17th-25th this year.  While you can do that, and camp out, you'll be the only ones here besides us  :D

So, what kind of events shall we have this year?  Live porcpuine toss?  ;)

Hmmm... You might want to start a new thread since there are so many posts that are actually associated with last year's and will inevitably confuse many people.  Perhaps rename this thread to 2009.  Just a thought. *shrug*

I'm dieting to prepare for my annual Naked Fire Dance.

is burning porcupine a *free* event, unlike lf or pfest which both suck me dry?

I think it was $5 a day.
yes that is the hoped for donation

Bob supplies the wonderful land and the port-a-johns
The residents provide the electricity, work, and a little bit of internet.
Last year we received enough donations to cover the additional expenses. :)

How about a big free market on Wednesday and Sunday on the highway?
We also talked about a nice tilting at windmills event on say ... thursday or something.

Saturday we could have our contests again.

Need live music? Wayne and I won't need to travel far to do our thing.
