I swiped the last slice. Sorry! As a consolation, here is a picture of cooking bacon at PorcFest (more like boiling bacon in its own fat).

Sunday morning I woke up earlyish, and it was very quiet and still.  I was trying to figure out if anybody was up yet.  Then, I smelled bacon wafting on the breeze, and knew the answer.

So I had a late dinner.

Thick sliced BACON! Cooked till it was just getting crisp
on fresh Italian bread with sesame seeds. Some aged
provolone cheese crumbed and layered  on it.
With some fresh salsa too.

If I die tonight let them know I went happy.
