No one voted on it, the control freak just decided he would kidnap and cage anyone that dares light fireworks in the whole town of epping. Lucky for the rest of shire that control freak only has power in epping.

Last year we had many complaints from residents setting off fireworks which were permitted. Please call the PD if you would like to discuss.

That seems odd considering it has been raining for 30 days straight. Is there an explanation on what these concerns are?
