Dada tried to call my IP phone, which isn't connected to a phone, so I couldn't get it.  His mom called the same number and left a message, unfortunately w/o her phone number to call her back.  Here's the message from Dada:

"I'm doing fine.  Following the same noncooperative patterns, not answering 2/3 of official questions.  Being punished for declining to give middle initial.  Personnel behaving professionally and severely limiting use of commissary account.  Stamps and envelopes would be helpful [aside from Kat:  you can't send these in, unfortunately], phone numbers to call collect would be helpful.  Preparing for months of lockup because of crackdown over middle initial.  Received 4 letters as of 6/8/09, all from mail-to-jail." [another aside from Kat:  you rock, Mike Barskey]

That was it.  So if Dada's parents look in here, thanks for the message.  I think they won't hold him over middle initial (Dave didn't really think so either, but he's preparing himself for the worst.)

BTW, I tried to call the jail after I saw he tried to call, but didn't get an answer.  The web page lists him as "No visits".

Maybe that's why the dayshift crew looked grumpy about him yesterday.  He's giving them problems  ;D  What worse hell could there be than to have a noncooperative very polite guy on your hands?  :D

Is Dave expecting to get held longer than the original 6 day sentence for withholding his middle initial ?

How do you add to his commisary account ?

It sounds like they're not letting him use his commissary.  If he gets out on time, he doesn't have time to order anything on commissary and get it. 
He thought it was possible he'd be held because of the middle initial thing, but I doubt it.

i can see him just sitting in a bubble cell or max and never being fully entered into their system ... then being released on the 6th day ... on the 7th day Dada rested

Its a Holding tank, aka the fish bowl... its pretty much a glass room.

As for Dada, and his middlename..  We all dont have them? and why would it matter? 

Is there a easier way to change laws rather than go to jail?  We can really not talk to reps and Force this?  The more I look into the world, the more I want to vomit.

sure
the reason that Dada is in jail, is because court officials wanted him there. He is not there because this is his chosen way to change laws.

i sent him a post card via mailtojail - maybe it will reach him before he gets out :)  i wish him nothing but the best.

Dave called from the jail this morning.  It was the worst quality phone call I've ever heard. 
Here's what I could piece together:

That's messed up, at least we don't have to watch his dumb ass videos and listen to his high pitch creepy guy promo's lol, he'll be out in no time and if not make a high pitched jail house porn lol.
