What does "and stuff" mean in "Keith and stuff?"

"And Stuff" reminds me of Beavis and Butthead's noncommital style of communication.  "Beavis, why don't you stick this screw up your nose... or something."  "or something" is often tacked onto the end of a sentence to express a certain adolescent ennui... or something.

My first guess was Keith and crap...he wears diapers and he's allways carrying around a load, but this can't be true as I used to live with him and I never saw any diapers nor did he smell (not counting his farts that is).

Great body pic but I did see him on the waterslide at Burning Porc with his shirt off...maybe he can keep it inside of him, in public?

He did work for the government so my best guess is the "and stuff" is a stockpile of munitions he's keeping hidden in Grafton, (in the woods near where he camped) or it's a briefcase full of stuff (info) that he's collecting on everyone for the feds.
