Mr. Rick Koerber announced in January 2005 his personal and financial commitment to a very unique and special system of private schools. The Kimber Academy, founded by Dr. Glenn Kimber (two Ph.Ds), is now coordinating its efforts of educating K-12 students in a non-public school format that enables children of all different aptitudes to graduate from high school as early as age 14. Mr. Koerber was one of the featured speakers in the 2005 Kimber Academy system graduation.

Real programs for real people! With clients and students from all walks of life, The FranklinSquires Companies, LLC offers a refreshingly genuine approach to what the founding fathers referred to as \\\"Prosperity Economics.\\\"
In the world that surrounds us financial sophistry is too often passed off as truth, deception has become the contemporary context for discussing standards and values while an unyielding preponderance of allurement and enticement increasingly pressures families to take on the \\\"slow stain of the world.\\\"

In contrast, self-reliance, economic independence, and financial freedom are time tested values of power and stability. When understood and practiced in their real substance, these are among the fundamental ingredients for prosperity prescribed by leaders of free people from ancient to modern times.

The Legacy and Mission. Built on the legacy of the Franklin & Squires families, the organization and its subsidiaries further a conservative and traditional agenda in the battle to free individuals, families, and small businesses from the bondage of economic ignorance, the growing acceptance of socialist ideals, and the prevailing social trend of debt-based living.

If you are interested in learning how working with FranklinSquires could help change your life and your financial future we invite you to learn more about the options available to you

THE THREE CORE VALUES OF PROSPERITY ECONOMICS
There are many definitions and explanations of the following terms, however for the sake of all FranklinSquires programs, courses, etc., we will use the following:

Self-Reliance - \\\"Means living a lifestyle that provides more income than necessary living expenses on a monthly basis.\\\"

This means without borrowing, without shorting expenses, and without lump sum acquisitions of cash or other capital to compensate for inadequate finances in the normal routine of life.

Economic Independence - \\\"Means living a lifestyle that provides more passive or portfolio income than is necessary to cover living expenses on a monthly basis.\\\"
The term \\\"passive\\\" can also be substituted with \\\"non-earned income\\\" or anything similar. The principle is simply that without depending on a \\\"paycheck\\\" or without depending on the exchanging of \\\"present time\\\" for past or current obligations, generally through the instrumentality of an employer - a person/family can continue to maintain their self-reliant standard of living indefinitely.

Financial Freedom - \\\"Means living a desired lifestyle without being tied to financial or other temporal obligations through commitments of labor, time, or other efforts.\\\" This by definition requires that a person by completely debt free, owing nothing to no one.
Note: Becoming economically independent or financially free does not mean that a person would not continue working, but instead it means that such a person could work without contemplating the direct financial impact to them as a consequence of their own labor.

15 TIMELESS QUOTES RELATED TO THESE THREE CORE VALUES

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SIMPLE PATHS ARE NOT ALWAYS EASY TO FOLLOW

\\\"Investing is simple, but not easy.\\\" --Warren Buffet, interview on CNBC W/Maria

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, ABILITY - NOT MONEY - BRINGS INDEPENDENCE

\\\"If money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability.\\\"
- Henry Ford 1863-1947 American Industrialist.

FINANCIAL FREEDOM WILL NOT \\\"JUST HAPPEN.\\\"

\\\"Find the bulls-eye. Chances are youll never achieve financial freedom unless you first define it and then become tunnel-visioned pursuing it.\\\"
- Jeanne Sahadi, CNN/Money Senior Staff Writer.

SLAVERY IS THE CONSEQUENCE OF ECONOMIC DEPENDENCE.

\\\"The essence of all slavery consists in taking the product of anothers labor by force. It is immaterial whether this force be founded upon ownership of the slave or ownership of the money that he must get to live.\\\"
- Leo Tolstoy

PROSPERITY IS ABOUT A PARADIGM - ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY.

\\\"Prosperity is a way of living and thinking, and not just money or things. Poverty is a way of living and thinking, and not just a lack of money or things.\\\"
-Eric Butterworth.

MEN ARE EITHER MASTERS OR SERVANTS OF MONEY, WHICH WILL YOU BE?

\\\"If money be not thy servant, it will be thy master. The covetous man cannot so properly be said to possess wealth, as that may be said to possess him\\\"
-Francis Bacon.

INTEREST NEVER SLEEPS.

“Interest never sleeps nor sickens nor dies; … Once in debt, interest is your companion every minute of the day and night; you cannot shun it or slip away from it; you cannot dismiss it; it yields neither to entreaties, demands, or orders; and whenever you get in its way or cross its course or fail to meet its demands, it crushes you
- J. Rueben Clark. 1938.

DEBT GIVES OTHERS POWER OVER YOUR LIBERTY

“Think what you do when you run in debt; you give to another power over your liberty.
- Benjamin Franklin

LACK OF MONEY IS A \\\"SYMPTOM\\\" NOT A CAUSE.

\\\"No complaint, however, is more common than that of a scarcity of money. Money, like wine, must always be scarce with those who have neither wherewithal to buy it nor credit to borrow it. Those who have either will seldom be in want either of the money or of the wine which they have occasion for.\\\"
-Adam Smith.

PEOPLE ARE OFTEN OBLIVIOUS TO FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCES.

\\\"It is amazing to me that so many people work all of their lives for the grocer, the landlord, the power company, the automobile salesman, and the bank, and yet think so little of their own efforts that they pay themselves nothing.
- L. Tom Perry.

1/4 THE TIME MOST MEN WORK IS SUFFICIENT.

\\\"One-third or one-fourth of the time that is spent to procure a living would be sufficient, if your labor were rightly directed. People think they are going to get rich by hard workâ€"by working sixteen hours out of the twenty-four; but it is not so. A great many of our brethren can hardly spend time to go to meeting. Six days is more time than we need to labor.\\\"
- Brigham Young.

LACK OF SELF-RELIANCE DESTROYS INDIVIDUALITY

“Nothing destroys the individuality of a man, a woman, or a child as much as the failure to be self-reliant.
- Relief Society Magazine, Oct. 1937, p. 627.

LACK OF SELF RELIANCE DESTROYS PERSONAL AGENCY.

\\\"Man cannot be an agent unto himself if he is not self-reliant...independence and self-reliance are critical keys to our spiritual growth. Whenever we get into a situation which threatens our self-reliance, we will find our freedom threatened as well. If we increase our dependence, we will find an immediate decrease in our freedom to act.\\\"
- Marion G. Romney, “The Celestial Nature of Self-Reliance, Tambuli, Oct. 1984, 1

SELF-RELIANCE BRINGS PEACE AND CONTENTMENT.

“If there is any one thing that will bring peace and contentment into the human heart, and into the family, it is to live within our means. And if there is any one thing that is grinding and discouraging and disheartening, it is to have debts and obligations...one cannot meet
- Heber J. Grant.

FINANCIAL FREEDOM IS THE CORRECT ORDER OF LIFE.

\\\"...pay thy debt and live...\\\"
- 2 KINGS 4:7

Very nice!  I hope some of these private schools come to New Hampshire.  I would do whatever it takes to help them succeed in my town.   :)
