Kurt's method is not the one I would choose, that being said, I like that we have a person like Kurt doing civil-dis.

+1.

and it is expressing it right now.

i have not been complaining about kurt in this thread .... i was trying to think of a different way to record conversations with cops other than 12 porc411 calls per incident
maybe the keeniacs could set up a recording service with error
we can also use my nhfree press number for something

Goading a cop into arresting you just for the sake of being arrested sounds like a counter-productive move to me. I can't see how that helps the movement at all.

They arrest you in New Hampster for having a dog in your lap while driving or running a stop light? Bull crap. He got arrested because he was abusive to the cop AND he refused to show the papers that he admitted during the stop he had in his pocket.

Russell Kanning

kurt didn't seem to be hurting anyone letting his dog drive ... the cops could have ignored them ... or quit their jobs and work behind the counter at DD

Tom Sawyer

Are you serious???

Wouldn't that be letting the fox guard the chickens?  ;D

So anyone have time to listen to the ~22 minutes of messages today to see if anything is going on?

No, being in a court house is mind numbingly boring... listening to it over a crappy feed is impossible.

Most of them were from Yadda and not worth listening to.  I'm going to ask him to stop calling Porc 411 unless it is an emergency next time I see him.

KBCraig

It was 20+ minutes of garbled unintelligible background noise.

Barksey provided some actual information after they left court.

Coffee,

I think Kurt would have been arrested even if he'd nicely refused to show his papers.

I'll give you that. I guess in the big picture it really doesn't matter what your demeanor is. If you're going down I guess swinging is as good as laying. I guess I'm more the pacifist because I would hate to see the violence (them against us) ramp up against another person because of me pushing their buttons. With that said - Go get 'em Kurt.

Well it's not the same when you close a cop's arm in your car window. Then you get assaulting a police officer.
