The senate rejected a bill that would have made out of state CCW licenses/permits good in the 47 other states that issue CCW licenses/permits.  In other words you could have used your New Hampshire CCW license and carry in Massachusetts as long as you obey all of their laws concerning concealed carry.  What do you think? As much as I like the idea, I think it would also trampled on states rights and/or have lead to a national CCW license/permit requirements. In other words NH might have to require training classes, have pictures on our CCW licenses and other such B.S. to issue valid CCW licenses.

probably should just carry your gun and if others want to get paperwork to go along with it, then they can do that.

I'm right there with you.

I think the recent case in NH would set some precedent.
