In his opening paragraph the writer uses the word "Income" and says of it later that the Supreme court found the 16th Amendment doesn't say what it says in the Brusharber case.

First, Tunga is sure you all know how he feels about the word Income. As it is used in the 16th Amendment it means profits gained through the exercise of privilege. Either through work done for the federal uS government or a as an officer of a Corporation registered within the District of Columbia.

Second, The quote from the Brusharber case looks more like a paraphrase.

Tunga has no access to the comments section of Prison Planet and he doesn't know why.

Anybody else experience this?

¿Are you speaking in the third person?

How about the fifth person?  Or the fourth dimension?  I've been hit in the head with a huge pile of geek...  can't...  fight it!...  it's too strong!
