vaporizers in bars?

Would this fly? It is, afterall, about the "smoking" part and the second-hand smoke, correct?
What if a bar started offering vaporizers at the bar, as an alternative to going outside?

Yes, almost certainly.

There is legal smoking in private clubs in NH.  Those private clubs are allowed to sell food.  For example, there is such a club in Keene.

Nicotine can be vaporized without burning the tobacco, which would omit many of the negative side effects associated with smoking tobacco.
