I had the idea of a day where nh residents try to find the dumbest law they can (such as the no picking up seaweed law) and finding a way to publicly break said law. Does anyone think this is a decent idea, or that it is doable?

Mike Barskey

I like it. It has kind of an "organized chaos" feel to it. :)

Puke

I like the sound of that.
There are a butt-load of old stupid laws one could break.

here are a few nh dumb laws - http://www.dumblaws.com/laws/united-states/new-hampshire. i'm sure we could find more if we did some digging.

I think it's a brilliant idea! What would be best is if we can somehow organise ourselves, and as a team publicly break the laws in question, hopefully with a load of publicity.

picking up seaweed is against the law??? hahaha.. icky, but laughable.

Some of these laws (like the first one) are "blue" laws only applied on Sundays. Probably should make the day a Sunday.

How bout the 7th?

We seacoasters should hold a mass seaweed picking up rally haha

Oooh, a Gandhi-esque march across NH to pick up seaweed.  ;)
