Wanted:  on-site property manager to live inexpensively and carry the responsibility of caretaking a property.  Duties include minor repairs/maintenance, occasional snow shoveling, changing locks, collecting rents, making friends, and promoting market economics. 

This could be a good opportunity for you to develop your professional skills as well as to advance liberty and help Porcupines relocate, but YOU MUST BE ethical, trustworthy, resourceful, emotionally tough, and diplomatic.  References expected.
