Weird Porc 411 can anyone explain what is going on

The attached porc 411 came in and I was wondering if someone could expand on what was happening?  I heard something about Cheshire TV and I think the manager Lee was saying something about pushing the envelope.

Recently in Keene there was some program that ran on Cheshire TV where a person cut a slit in a pumpkin and fingered it.

It got the residents in a hooplah. They called Cheshire TV non-stop to complain. Called the City Council. Called the mayor.

Why there is a Porc411 about it and who it's from, I don't know though. Could have been someone at the Cheshire TV board meeting. Not sure if that was going on tonight.

Edit: Oh I just re-listened. My father is the one talking about pushing the envelope. Sounds like it is from the board meeting.

Again, mystery remains why it was Porc411ed

Ian said that it was an accident. The speed dial got pushed while he was in the restroom or something. He was at Cheshire TV for the meeting about the pumpkin video at the time.
