How did it morph from "tuath" to "truath"?

Oops, I used tuath half the time and truath the other half.  I'll go back and edit the posts.

It is important to keep in mind two things. 1. Everything the VG does is by unanimous consent. No majority, or super majority votes. Everyone must agree to the VG agreement, and any future changes to the agreement.
2. There can easily be more than one VG. It isn't a case of one size fits all. Competing VGs can choose to co-operate on anything they choose. Voluntarily, and with unanimous consent.

VG's can Cooporate when apropriate, or compete when apropriate.

AlanM

In its most basic form, a VG can simply be an agreement to abide by the ZAP. Include the investment details and the Arbitration details, coupled with an agreement to cooperate with other VGs on the basis of ZAP. Members of a given VG can work with other agreeable members on businesses and projects on a voluntary basis.

The Arbitors/jurists must be kept at arms length of the VGs in some manner, to insure their indepedence. Although it might work if an arbitor were a member of one VG, but only did arbitration for other VGs. What are everyone's thoughts on this?

There were no people on Ancient Iceland.  It was medieval Iceland.. (and the people were very poor)

As were the vast majority of people everywhere.

So how many people are interested in exploring this? We need to take further steps.

I will just be watching you guys. Feel free to use the underground as a place to plan or promote.
I am trying to make all my associations with people friendly and voluntary.

That's how a tuath works, Russell.  It's a voluntary contract.  It's literally a business and a servant, not a government.

Please, tell me in detail what you object to about these concepts.

I really don't understand how to make sense out of this statement.   ???

Nothing really. I just wasn't eager to sign a contract and invest money. The overall concept seems like the best idea for life without government. :)
