Updates: TX Cops Who Had Me Arrested in NH Have All Resigned

Hey guys, long time no talk. I wanted to give New Hampshire an update or several as to what has transpired since my false imprisonment in September (after eight months in New Hampshire learning bits and pieces from the GOP and other organizations, I decided to move back to Ellis County, Texas for good.)

Recap:

+ I published a mug shot of a Combine, Texas reserve (volunteer) police officer who was arrested on my news blog, The Ellis County Observer, on or about July/early August

+ A former writer of mine for the Observer and The Ellis County Press newspaper (where I served as news editor from Dec. '07 - Feb '09) who became a Combine PD reserve officer in April of '09, opens an "investigation" into me and accuses me of three felonies for posting the mug shot *and* accuses me of violating Texas law for just receiving the anonymous e-mail that contained the mug shot of his co-worker (mentioned above)

+ An arrest warrant was faxed over -- containing a $500,000 bond (originally reported from Combine PD to be $1.4 million) -- to the Plymouth, NH Police Department on Monday, Sept. 14, 2009 for my arrest on these three felonies (again, all pertaining to posting a mug shot on my blog.)

+ I spent nearly two weeks in Grafton County's Dept. of Correction facility in North Haverill; release date was Friday, Sept. 25, at which point I drove to my apartment in Plymouth, packed up my stuff and my two dogs, and drove back to Texas.

+ My charges were rejected -- not dropped, but rejected -- by Dallas County, Texas prosecutors on Friday, Sept. 18 (but no one bothered to tell New Hampshire authorities that, so I stayed an additional seven days)

+ My Ron Paul-supporting Constitutional defense lawyer and I are set to file a civil rights lawsuit against the City of Combine for the false imprisonment and three now-rejected charges

Side Issues Worth Noting:
+ NeverGetBusted.com/KopBusters.com's Barry Cooper was working hand-in-hand with Combine PD on the arrest of a former police chief. Combine PD's accusations/allegations against this former chief were worse, and every single one of those felony accusations/charges were rejected.

+ Despite evidence obtained from a now-poisoned search warrant (the "injured party" list that was contained on the affidavits for evidence to be seized included the very district judge that signed the warrant...a no-no), the former police chief is free, but Cooper and Combine PD claim this chief will be re-arrested

The Big News Updates:

+ Both Detective John Allen "Jay" Hoskins and Chief Steve Allen have resigned from Combine PD since the intent to sue for civil rights violations was issued two weeks ago

+ No word on the employment status of Sgt. Brian Robinson, but Combine, Texas' agenda last week included the dismissal/evaluation of him (no action was taken at that point)

So, what we have now is a huge black eye on the City of Combine for a volunteer (reserve) throwing an innocent newspaper editor/reporter/blogger in jail. There is about 40 other things I am not allowed to report publicly on until the case is over with (and when it comes out, Barry Cooper will need to make a decision whether or not he continues his work alongside Combine PD or he sees the writing on the wall and distances himself away from what could/can/will be very damaging news about this whole thing.)

Unfortunately, a dirty, digusting piece of filth ex-chief of police was allowed to walk away scot-free because of the arrest and false imprisonment of me, as well as the charges being rejected by two counties (the third county, Kaufman, where the City of Combine is also incorporated, refused to take/pursue any case that Hoskins/Combine PD sent to them. This is now public record.)

More to come, but for now, this should be enough to stir things up ....

It sounds like those government employees who kidnapped and caged you in NH are accessories to the crime.

I hope they are held responsible for what they did to you.

What does this mean? I mean, I get that you left NH. Was there something you expected the GOP to be doing here that swayed your decision to be here? I assume you moved here as part of the FSP. Have you left the FSP, or will you be back when the move actually triggers?

My understanding is that when the Texas cops made Joey go to jail in NH, he realized how x is and decided to move back to Texas for good.  Of course, with Joey things can change quickly so you never know.
