Small room with closet.  Wood floors, easy to clean, better for allergies than carpet.  Quiet house with no drama. 
3 blocks from downtown in a very bike and walk friendly town. 
You can walk or bike to shopping, jobs, entertainment, etc. 

Wifi and laundry is available, but is not provided by me. 
Off street parking on the property right next to the apartment. 
I no longer allow new roomates to smoke indoors.  This apartment has our own private porch. 

150 first month, 200 a month afterwards, plus split in utilities.  Rent is based on a month to month basis, due upfront.  Will prorate partial months for move in or move out.  No security deposit needed. 
Utilities are split by the total number of people in the house at the time the bill comes.
