Is Lidar/Laser on Judicial Notice in New Hampshire?

I'm going to court in Feb to appeal a speeding ticket I got in Hookset, and after doing research on Lidar/Laser it is found to be inaccurate to as much as 25mph in error +/-
If its not on Judicial notice in NH courts I should be able to get it dismissed rather easily as the officer won't be able to use it as evidence from what I have read.

any input on this would be greatly appreciated!

My guess is that the company that makes the machine will  will refuse to give the source code to the state/city (like the company that makes breathalyzers ) and they will have to drop the charges against you.
