How do we get the burning one to work?

If you live near a Jo-anns Fabric that has bolts of material in their 'craft' section, you may find flammable Royal Blue cotton.  Most of their fabrics are flame resistant.  A simple wreath and U N flag stencil can be made from posterboard.
