The Seacoast Liberty polar bear event happens in February 2010, I think.  I hope to be at that event.  See you there :)

That was so much fun.  I'm definitely in for next year... and yes, Russell, *please* edit liberally to protect the bare.

There you go thinking of yourself again... what about the rest of us?  :D  :)

Completely forgetting about the timing of this event I went shopping in Tilton, then went to Sanbornton.  While in Sanborton, I went to a frozen pond and did something I haven't done in many many years. I put on a pair of blades and went ice skating.
After skating for a while I decided that I wanted to go into the water. So I went inside and went into the pool and the hot spa. There were more than a dozen people there.
At two points we all got completely naked - - - once to change into our bathing suits and the other to change back into our street cloths.
If I had only remember to go to the seacoast, I could have done that also.
Looks like everyone had fun!  ;D

Limited edition
for swimmers only. And self-interest is a good thing.

I had so much fun! During the 5-minute plunge, at the restaurant afterwards, and even on the too-long drive down and the long drive back. Thanks so much, everyone, for participating (jumpers and supporters alike!).

Here are pics from my camera: http://www.nhfair.com/thumb-through/Polar-Bare-Plunge.  Thanks, Lindsay, for taking them. I also have pics where some people are nude, but some nude people don't want those pics posted. Bummer. :)

Some of us came out as girls. It was very cold. ;)
