Failed Hard Drive

So the other day I was sitting down with a friend in Grafton. I told him my Hard Drive had stopped working (would not spin up). He told me to put it in the freezer.

So I did it. Well, it didn't work. That is, until it warmed up after being in the freezer for 3 days and sitting on my desk thawing out for 2.

I turned it on today just to see if it would be any different. BAM, it's spinning and I'm transferring files now!

I hope you don't intend to keep the drive. Once they fail like that, they rarely come back for very long.

This is why I'm doing the transfer to a new HD
