I was thinking about starting a job website

I was thinking about starting a job website. I was wanting a place where people can post what they need done and what they can do. We could have a rating system for those that choose to use the service. They could rate what kind of value they receieved, ease of working with the person, integrity in general situations and so forth. I would probably manually input data into the database and keep track of stuph. We could also post job openings, but it would mostly be to help find each other for getting things done.
I could also handle payments for those that want to use different currencies/barter and for people that want to use different levels of government involvement.
