If you plan to bring any food, can you please PM or email me so I can get an idea whether there will be enough food. There will definitely be enough ham, but it will be good to know if there will be anything else. Is anyone making pina coladas? :) Thanks.

We're supposed to get below average temperatures next week, so it should be fine.
Now they're predicting above freezing temperatures all week in Grafton...   :-\

I was at Big Lots Retail Store today (in Portsmouth) and noticed they had grass skirts in multiple colors (tan, blue, red +) for 4 bucks and Leis that ranged from $2-$4, plus a bunch of other tiki stuff.

Cool. Buy and bring some if you'd like, but I already bought a bunch (20? 40? I forgot how many).  See you there!

I'm really looking forward to Saturday. It's going to be so much fun!

Reminder: I'm providing BBQ pig and decorations (suggested donation: $10 per person); everyone else can bring a food dish or drink if they want - preferably something with a Hawaiian theme (pina coladas? poi?).

See you Saturday!

We're looking forward to the luau!!  We're bringing the traditional Shire Macaroni and Cheese, which as everyone knows is always served at Broom Hockey/Hawaiian Luaus.  Sticking with the M food theme, I'll also bring a Muesli like oatmeal breakfast bar, otherwise known as Hippie Suet.  ;D

Jim Johnson

I am attempting to bring palm trees.

I guess we're doing the Ps....pig, pineapple, papaya.

We have a beach, but it may get buried under 10 inches of snow!  :_eatsnow__by_Conuyaku: :toothy2:
