Any Repairman Jack fans on this forum? I just read the first couple books, and found them delightful.

F. Paul Wilson was at the Liberty forum 2(?) years ago and gave a great talk.

I've also read the first two, and liked them both, and I know at least three other Porcs who have read them.  For me, they raise philosophical questions.  I don't think I agree with some of the things Jack does, although I see how they could be satisfying in a cold, bloodthirsty revenge kinda way.

The entire series is on the bookshelf here at Porc Central.

F. Paul is the man.

Check out non-Jack works as well. Also totally awesome.

Over the last year I read all the books written to this point.
At first I was rather skeptical about the fantastical elements but the universe Wislon has created is very well rounded and it all makes sense. I'm very looking forward to the end of the world when the Otherness wins.

The Repairman Jack series branches out from the Adversary Cycle which deals with Rasalom's defeat (The Keep) and his later gathering of power, including the final confrontation (Nightworld).  F Paul did say he was going to do a severe re-write of Nightworld when he finishes the Repairman Jack series.

im only on the third book, but i can see what you mean about him combining all of the fantasy stuff so that it makes "sense", and i understand that it gets wrapped up even more in the coming books. only problem is, my local library only has a few of the books and barnes has virtually NO f. paul wilson books (at least not the one in portsmouth), so i have to keep ordering them from amazon one by one.

My mom loves his books.  I've gotten her every single one of them.  :)

I like Stephen King and Dean Koontz, myself.  I'm just not into the "book series" thing.  :)
