Cool Jim.  8) In cities like Bellerica, it would be obvious to use the old pole and in some places, like here in Keene, we will use a big tree. Noone should object to you using that pole, since that was its only purpose. :)
Maybe you could put all of that info on your parchment page. :)
If anyone has pictures of the tree/pole that they are going to use in their town, just upload it to the wiki or leave a copy here for us to find. :)

The flyer is ready and I will post a link for you all to review it.

I started a group, so to speak, called the Liberty Tree Society of New England... the party 'responsible' for posting these placards.

The name can be used for those meeting at the trees/poles as well... like Keene Liberty Tree Society.

Please take a look-see.

If it looks good, I will print lots of them and laminate them.

the link stopped working :(
Do we want to call it the Liberty Tree Society of New England?
The original trees where all over the colonies. We are basically only promoting them in NH and NEngland, but we could have local FSP groups all over the US do them. I was just thinking...  :)

I;m very partial to New England myself  ;)

Let's just work on it here for now.

I went by the Keene Liberty tree yesterday and didn't see anything there.  It's the thickest one right?   None of the others had anything on them except some yelo ribbons.

The tree in Keene is unmarked right now, but it is the tallest one and is closest to the Bank of America/Fleet. :)

I have placards ready for those who want to order them... they are essentially "free" but if you insist on a donation as a thanks for doing this, each one only cost like $0.25 a piece, so now big deal.

Next time we see you JP (on Free JP day?) we would like a few. We need at least one for Keene and more if someone takes them down. :)
