    you guys have lost me. however i did turn myself in, took a lawyer with me. they had alot of questions on why i would tell someone that they were looking to question about a seperate crime from mine , to get a lawyer so i said just look next to me i think anyone being questioned on a serious offense should lawyer up. apparently some of them dont. I realize my every move in jail was monitored closely, and that i should learn to shut my mouth  . rainey russells did not mean to insult you and im sure we'll meet someday. i hope you all have a happy thanks giving i know i will. since my arrainment is not until the middle of january i will be around for sometime before a trial they got lots of discovery to show me first. Oh, I was thinking that at first, because of how lost I get all the time but then I got paranoid and starting thinking Russell meant something else.  The "something else" I was thinking hurt my feelings because I didn't think anyone would ever think I would lead the cops to somebody on purpose.

I don't blame him.   Remember that time it took us like 4 hours to find Hoyt Farm?   I still can't believe how confusing it was and how patient Rick was about it.

   on the 14th I had to go for a probable cause hearing , still in district court  to see if they have probable cause. they are still trying to get my public  piece of crap lawyer to get me to coooperate and the charges will all go away . As I told him if i wanted to work for the leo's i would have done it years ago and just applied for a job so now i have to wait another month cause the trooper / prosecutor asked for and extension. what a joke. 
   The good news is they told me i could finally pick up my camper , I said ive been asking for it for 3 years , he says yeah i had someting in my "HEAD" pretty sure its not his brain. anyways after paying for the tow company that towed it to the police station , atotal of 8 miles $250 , my tow company charged me $212 to tow it 40 miles after sitting in a snow bank.It needs some work and if there is anyone in the FSP that knows how to work on the trailer cap let me know and we can maybe work something out. I feel like im in a war with the troopers and i won this battle. , they even had to release all my hydropnics which looks brand new and is pretty expensive. so chalk one up for the good guys.

mostly what they have is a  cop with a vendetta, a rat who tried to use me to get his time cut , and who now is filing a claim against carroll county who appears to want nothing to do with him, a want of info from me that they will never get, and time, which right now seems to be on my side. still does not mean i wont be prosecuted and go back to prison . I expect the worst and hope for the best, however i hate my public pretender and my life has definetly been  better but i always remember it is the  bad times that make the good times so good. had a good time at liberty fest and it reminds me why i do what i do. Im still not gonna tell the cops about crimes  i may or may not commit  first , they must earn their pay.   firecracker  Joe

ps. anyone wanna use all the hydroponics i got back form the stateys, they gotta be pissed about having to give all that back , but as i expressed its not illegal and has never been used illegally that anyone can prove.
