All 230,000 D.C. Federal Bureaucrats Die in Massive D.C. Snowball Fight

I read somewhere that all 230,000 in DC would get the day off. Perhaps that number didn't count the essential bureaucrats.

Yeah, "essential" is a huge joke. "Essential" personnel work nights, weekends, and holidays. "Essential", oddly enough, excludes all managers, administrative and executive staff, leaving about 1/3 of the workforce as "essential". Which makes my head explode, wondering, "If you're not essential, then WTF are you doing drawing a paycheck in the first place?!?"

And sadly, I'm sure every one of those bureaucrats got paid for that day off, too.
