I just did something this week I should have months ago.  I am talking with a realtor and should have the papers signed by Friday, so hopefully the exposure with their websites etc should move this property. 

I have seen a few near Grafton that we could pay cash for but we have to downsize to about 10 acres but it's worth it if we can sell this.


I hate it here, more than I can describe.

Realtor called tonite and has contract ready so by tomorrow afternoon my land should be listed in grand style. 

Hope, pray, dance, feel free to do any of those that it sells sooner rather than later.
