Yankee Magazine is posting articles from their archives to celebrate Yankee's 75th Anniversary.

The article featured today is "Why Use Money?" It was originally printed in March of 1980.  :icon_pirat:

That...is New England humor. It's hard to pick up on, but there is a bit of wry laughter in that sly twinkle of the eye and dry smile of the classic New Englander. It has been misinterpreted often.  :icon_pirat:
