Hey Russell and Kat, does the silly dam look any different (ie:  "ready to break if it rains more that a few inches"  ) than it did the other day?  Funny how different it looked compared to all I was hearing.

Russsell, I can hardly believe how perseptive you were!  It is amazing how little trouble the weather has been causing since Lynch turned his plane around and came home.  He must have a magic wand - or something.

I sure wish Toto would pull back the curtain so we could all see how these wizards work.

So who is in the pics, other than Kat, Russell, and Kira? Somebody has a really nice Rottie.

Beautiful area, even with the water. Autumn is my favorite season. Right now, here, it's "fall": the leaves have dried up and are falling off. "Fall colors" means brown. 

Is that a Corps of Engineers park?

Roger is tall, dark hair, with rottie.  Caleb has the red hair.  Scott has the buzzed hairdo and glasses. 

The dam/park at the end was done  by the army corps of engineers.  In this picture, there's a line pained right alongside that little building with 1987 on it.  That's how high the water got back then

I can't believe it.  They're evacuating Tanglewood again.  It hasn't rained all day and nothing on the radar.
