The deal is that it's only legal if the gun is unloaded.  So, what's the point?  If it's 2nd amendment issues, it does no good to have it unloaded if you're going to assert the idea that the gov't should be afraid of you.  If it's for personal protection, an unloaded gun is as good as brass knuckles.

i think he means where the brady campaign took notice in Cali where you must OC unloaded....but has the 2a been incorporated in there federal district court?? i imagine someone is gonna sue over the unloaded part soon and there E check practice from the police since its not based on any reasonable articulatable suspicion or Probable cause
